Welcome to my website, where you can find information on several different topics:

AROMATHERAPY

• Sales of essential oils, massage oils, base products, and skin creams (retail and trade). You can SHOP ONLINE by credit card, or you can get full information for mail order with cheque payment, or for local orders, including retail and trade PRICE LISTS. Payment by NOCHEX is also possible. 
• Training, talks,  availability for aromatherapy residentials and holidays, etc., occasional introductory COURSES in aromatherapy and holistic healthcare.
• My aromatherapy and massage practise (based in York, North Yorkshire, UK) at the AROMATHERAPY page.
• General aromatherapy information, including common USES of essential oils, SAFETY, EVAPORATION RATES, BOOKLIST.

CIRCLE DANCE & INTERNATIONAL FOLK DANCE

• What are Circle Dance and International Folk Dance? Basic information on this and on my teaching and choreography is at DANCE AND MUSIC
• Day and other longer EVENTS in Sheffield and elsewhere. 
• A few DANCE VIDEOS of me demonstrating some of my Circle Dance choreographies.
  
• Regular groups in York, South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire areas, taught by myself and others.

  VENUE WANTED for residential Circle Dance events; I may possibly be interested in a New Year booking. Ideally in Yorkshire/Midlands or surrounding areas. Must have uncarpeted room which can take 20 people (preferably more) in a circle for dancing, and be reasonably priced. Self-catering preferred.

MUSIC

• Information about me as a player/singer of East European & Circle/Folk Dance music (bouzouki, vocals, drum), including Cosmo Kolo CIRCLE DANCE BAND; other bands available; Arabic drumming; and some MP3 SOUND FILES.
• MUSIC WORKSHOPS AND COURSES available - some related to Circle/Folk Dance and E. European folk music, including facilitating scratch bands, basic darabuka (handdrum), drumming irregular rhythms. Also music improvisation workshops. Occasional drumming courses, open to beginners, in York and North Yorkshire.
• CDs AND CASSETTE TAPES (mainly secondhand, and a few new ones) for sale (mail order available) including World Music and International Folk. Also some selected new and used CDs from Amazon.co.uk are available from this website, including Balkan Rom (Gypsy), Balkan, Greek, and Circle Dance source recordings.

OTHER COURSES

• Adult Education COURSES. As well as running courses related to aromatherapy, health topics, dance, and music, I am tutor for a WEA (Workers Educational Association) discussion course in Sheffield called "Talking Politics". New in Chesterfield on Sept. 29, 2011 is "A Question Of Health"  -  a discussion-based course looking at principles and politics of health. Other courses available for interested groups include "Changing Ourselves, Changing Our World" and "Society and the World Today".
